Induction sensors with high temp rating (100 degC) & high switching frequency(<5KHz)?

Hello all,

I am trying to get some tubular/barrel M12 sensors for a hydraulic gearbox. Anyone know any supplier that does M12 induction sensor with minimum 100 degrees C temperature and <5KHz switching frequency?

I have spent a few hours looking, they are either the higher frequency or higher temperature.

Thanks Matt

I ended up finding some - I searched for Hall effect rather than Inductive sensor.

The Hall effect sensors are rated at higher switching frequency
