Installing firmware Compact GuardLogix 5380

Hello,

I am trying to install the Firmware in a Compact GuardLogix 5380 PLC.
I am running RSlinx Classic and controlFLASH on a virtual Windows 7 x64 machine.

Every time I try to open controlFLASH the window pops up and closes before I can do anything, I have run the Windows trouble shooter and it tells me it is a compability issue. Is there any setting I can change to get this to work.

Update: Since you don't need a license I installed it on a Windows 10 machine

the firmware version you want to installed on your PLC must be installed first on your PC, have you installed studio 5000 latest version on your PC ??
