Installing RSLogix 5000 rev. 19.01.01 on Windows10 Enterprise PC

We ran into the similar issue. The weird thing is that it works (knock on wood) on my laptop but not with a coworker.

The coworker's laptop would run 19 but as soon as version 30 (studio) is installed, 19 would stop working. Rockwell basically said the samething.
