InTouch 10.0 SMC Log Viewer problem

Hi,

I have problem with my SMC Log viewer.

System:
- MS Win XP SP2
- DASMBTCP driver
- Wondeware InTouch 10.0
- disk pace on computer 270 GB
- memory: 3,23 GB of RAM

I get msg pasted below when I click on System management console -> Log Viewer -> Default Group -> Local.

What could be a problem? What can I do? When this msg apears comunication betwen scada and driver falls.
