Is can be a replacement cable for 1747 UIC or PIC?

Hi there, I been looking for a cheaper 1747 pic or 1747 uic when I saw this in ebay. Can you give opinion about the picture? thanks.

ebay seller does not state that it is UIC replacement and I am sure it is not, because this is just an electrical converter USB to RS485
1747-UIC is not just electrical converter, it's a protocol converter that converts DF1 commands to DH485 commands

That cable will not work with a USB port.

There is only one cable that will work with a USB port and the older SLC's and its made by Allen Bradley its the 1747-UIC ... not mine or anyones will work on a USB port other then AB

There are several aftermarket cables that work just fine search ebay and you will find them, they just had a UIC and it sold for 150ish
