Is it possible to read data from NI cDAQ 9185 via ProfiNet?

Last year, we had a measuring machine with a bunch of LVDTs. The data from these devices were read by LabVIEW. The LabView VI would make a bunch of calculations, and declare whether the component is OK or Not OK.

We had few issues with the measurement and calculated data, but the LabVIEW developer refused to provide any support.

Right now, I'm working on a machine with 12 LVDTs and 1 torque sensor. We have NI cDAQ 9185 for Data Acquisition.

I'm just wondering whether it is possible for PLC to communicate with the NI DAQ (without any LabVIEW programming) to read the values from the sensor?

Hardware:

Siemens 1511 PLC

NI cDAQ 9185

Marposs LVDT (4-20 mA)
