issue in alarm log with wonderware application

hello,
in our ferro alloy plant we are using schynider controller for process control and wonderware SCADA, the plant network consists of application server and historian server to which 4 operating station are connected, recently we are facing a problem in all the operating stations, that the alarms are not displaying in the alarm log screen, please help me out solve the issue
