Hello, we have a project using FTView SE 10 (Network Distributed). We configured PLC and HMI in an existing application, and the communication between the two are already established. However, we encountered an issue while creating the alarm tags.

We created a folder/container for the alarm tags of the HMI Server that we added. However, after we add Alarm tags and save the Alarm and Event Setup, when we refresh it or close the Alarm and Event Setup window and reopen it, the alarm tags that we recently configured, disappears. We also tried to add the alarm tags in the existing alarm tag folders/containers of the existing HMI servers, but the same thing happens, the tag that we recently added disappears whenever we refresh or reopen the Alarm and Event Setup Window.

Does anyone know how to resolve the issue stated?
