Just updated S7 Prof. 2010 to SP3 SR3 (No entry in text database error)

When doing Ctrl+D (Module Information) --> Diagnostic Buffer i get no text. Anyone now how to fix this? I have already

1. Reinstall (Repair) --> Did not fix the problem
2. Uninstall --> Reinstall (Typical) --> Did not fix the problem

I installed the same software yesterday on a Windows 64bit Professional Laptop and my text is present.

Maybe it has to do with what languages are installed. This is a selection at the start of the installation.
