We have been floating around the idea of making a test bench / training station in our facility. Our two biggest "customers" for servo testing are Allen Bradley and Lenze servos, with Kinetix 5500 and Lenze 8400 drives respectively. The Lenze drives are run with a CompactLogix with motion (ERM).
Is it possible to use a Kinetix with the Lenze resolver cables? I got the impression that there is a translator / converter out there during a class put on by our local Allen Bradley distributor, but they got evasive when I pressed the topic.
