Hi,
I am facing a problem in my cut to length line servo system, problem is such that whenever i am running more then 1.5 mm thickness material it got fall in loop.
in my line we are using laser as a auxiliary feedback for length measurement n if we on laser before line run ( when material thickness is more then 1.5 mm) feed roll back movement observed n material got fall in loop. we are not able to identify that is their is any command from drive for motor movement or there is any other issue as in this motor there is an internal brake is also & as its a servo motor then it must have its position locking characteristic. but at laser on mode feedroll back movement observed not at all time.
