Latching/unlatching relays in PLC logic

Well, in structured text, it happens all the time.
Plus, if you want to make something retentive, is there really any other option?
I agree that you shouldn't do it if you don't have to.
Making your code simple to follow has huge benefits.
If this donkey poo was easy, everyone would be doing it.
