Logix5000 Clock Update Tool - LST files

Hello PLCS.Net!

I am trying to add a bunch of PLCs to the Logix5000 Clock update tool. It has an import feature which can import LST files.

Does anyone know what the lst file syntax is? I tried to just put an IP address in, but it didn't work.

Any clues anyone?
