Logix5000 USB Download Issue?

I have a Compactlogix L36ERM connected by USB to my computer. I flashed the firmware and can see the PLC under "USB" on my Linx. When I open Logix5000 to download the program, WhoActive will let me drill down to the PLC (there is nothing else connected to it right now, PLC,power unit, endcap) but I can not set the path to download there as ever option is grayed out.

I have done this 100 times before, but this is a brand new computer. Is there something I'm forgetting?

I believe you need to select the one above the ethernet.

I have tried that also, I've never had this issue before using a USB.

Did you try rebooting the laptop?

Welp I feel stupid that I didn't reset my computer because now it works perfectly.

Thanks for the tip, I sometimes forget simple things when I'm in the zone
