looking for some good tutorials or explainations

I am currently getting ready to go to a 2 day class next week on ControlNet and DeviceNet, and I think it is an ab class but not sure it is offered through our local rep of ab parts. And I want to find good easy to follow explainations of both. And the differences and all that. Or what am I to expect at this class cause I dont want to be the guy not knowing anything much
