The above HMI does not power up and is located on a Caribbean island. This started after a 24 hour power outage. It has power now but the screen is black. We will have it shipped to the mainland overnight. We have the software to program but do not have the application file to load onto a replacement. I wonder what our options are. Can the unit be repaired and/or application be transferred to a replacement of the same model? The OEM is no longer in business. We have about a week turnaround and want to consider the best path forward.
