Magnetek RFQ Issues/Alternative suppliers

Recently I have requested a quote from Magnetek for their Impulse Drives but can't raise a response from them.

I've requested a quote FOUR TIMES - once on a form on their website, once via phone call, and twice via email (to two different email addresses), these contacts spread out over about eight weeks.

No response.

I've got another round of several quotes going out to distributors, requesting Magnetek because I hear their drives are the best. But now I'm having second thoughts.

I hesitate to deal with company that ridiculously non-responsive.

Any suggestions?

Yaskawa owns magnetek, call Yaskawa local rep.

I appreciate it, Jim. Contacted Yaskawa rep right after receiving your reply. And... nothing. Three days and counting.

Yaskawa does make a nice AC drive control...

If they do NOT get back to you let me know and I can recommend something by SSD/Parker that will work for you.
