Micrologix 1400 FET output

Hi. I bought a Micrologix 1400 to run a servo with its high speed output. Problem is that the output is +24VDC and the drive HSI is 0VDC. How can I generate a 0VDC output to activate the drive?

Welcome to the forum.

for a 0 volt signal, I would use the fet output and energize a guided rail contact relay. it has less chatter. wire one contact to your drive for your signal.

Probably not. There are solid state relays that can isolate the voltage and work at high speed though...like this one:

Check the load side specs...make sure your servo drive uses TTL or 5vdc for signalling before using that particular device.
