mitsubishi PLC and AJ71C24 comunication with PC

im cheking RS232C comunication between the plc mitsubishi, and the interfaz tarjet AJ71C24, between a PC-980iVm2E, brand NEC.

the pc only shows that its transmiting, but remain this way, has no change.

i wish you can seen this kind of problem before, i aprecciated your help.
