MM420 problem

Hi everyone!
I got a problem :cry: when I do project on MM420 and CPU 313C-2DP.
I read "MM4_Profibus Eng_lit8.pdf" and configured as the same in it.
P700=6,P1000=6. I can read/write PKW parameter but can't do with PZD data.

I send 047F 2000 but it responses 047F 0000 and motor does not run.
Please help me! Thanks all.
