Modicon TSX Quantum- AVI030-00 8 Channel Analog Input

Hello
I was needing help with the proper scaling on a Modicon TSX Quantum- AVI030-00 8 Channel Analog Input PLC card.

What would be the proper RAW scaling on the 4-20mA signal on the card.
I'm having an issue with getting the value scaled properly.

I have tried 0-4095, but doesn't get the scaled value correct.
When i use 0-64000 it gets the scaled value correct, but the value runs off after a few days.

I have the Eng scaling 0-20

Check how the channel on the card is configured. Make sure it is 4-20mA. If the channel is set to 12 bit resolution 0-4095. If set to 16 bit resolution 6400-32000.
