Need Help Uploading From PanelView 600

I have a PanelView 600 and am trying to upload to a laptop running PanelBuilder32 Ver. 03.80.00 and RSLinx 2.42.00

A serial null modem cable 1747-CP3 is used.

The same cable was used to connect to a SLC 5/04 using it's RS-232 port via RSLinx and works flawlessly on COM2 which was autoconfigured, so I know the cable is fine.

Could I have someone with a similar setup walk me through the setup, and or list thier PV600, PB32, and RSLinks settings . Thanks in advance, Dan.

Don't use the CP3 cable for upload download; it's a null-modem cable (pins 2 & 3 swapped). Use 2711-NC13 or a regular straight-thru RS-232 cable. 2711-NC13 Pinout:
