Need help with TWIDO!!!!

Hi evrebody! I am new here and in PLC programming.
Need help with PLC TWIDO. How should looks ladder in order to do next: 1.In the end of program buzzer is ON
2. power off(main switch off and PLC power is off)- E-stop
3.and after PLC power back up buzzer should be still ON

One method would be to write the value 1 into a holding register like %MW0 when the buzzer should be on and a value 0 when it should be off. Then use the first bit of the register %MW0:X0 as the contact that controls the buzzer.

A second, and maybe more common, method would be to use SET and RESET coils.
