Need recovery from Wonderware Intouch starting error

Hi everyone..... Whenever I started to open the Intouch software, after selecting my intouch file the error has been come frequently. That is "Intouch Cannot Connect to the SPC Pro Engine. Please shutdown and Restart." After I will give OK, my intouch directory file open. o_OI uninstall and install the software many times. but, the error was coming always. What is reason for that error? Anyone help me.....
