arefin Which PLC's producent are you familiar? Siemens, Allen-Bradley?
If we know that we could point you direction where you can find manuals, examples.

Read, study, watch, try it, fail, read more, fail again and then you can program

You need to install simulator and then start to study, keep patience and go forward. Many times you will be tired but keep study, how much you will practice than much your concepts will clear, take some example programs and study, by continuing study and work within couple of months you will start to understand programs. In this regards Youtube is very helping, watch instructions videos which will really help to clear your concept.
