Need to upload SCADAPack firmware 1.64

I have SCADAPack with firmware 1.64.
I cannot upload with Telepace Studio.
Try to search on Schneider, They said Telepace version below 3.00 can upload SCADAPack with firmware 1.64.

So, Is there anyone can upload Telepace software and share a link to me?
