Neutral Resistive Grounding

Thanks for your input Alan... much appreciate your concern... And YES i want to ensure my LV side is properly grounded... dont want to touch the HV side...

the only way you can check your LV earth is via access to the LV panel
there is usually one cove plate marked MEN
Probably not a good Idea to remove covers while live - prety sure that is frowned upon these days
