Numa logic Westinghouse PLC

I have problem whit communication on this device .
When I check pc status in softwere i get error type "communication error".
My cable for RS232 communication is DB25toDB9toUSB is that problem .
And have any one examples program for this device .

The above link will show the communication pin out for the controller. Has you cable worked before? If so, I would remove the DB9 to USB device and use a computer with a serial DB9 port to test.

I have personally only had luck with the Sabrent USB Serial DB9 converters.
