You didn't say what type of CNC unit you had there but I think you were looking for general forum stuff like we have here; that I can't help you with. The first thing that came to my mind though, was the manufaturer's sites. Here is one for Fanuc if that helps.

Or maybe you can find somthing at www.eng-tips.com they have a plethora ( ) of info and a Live Q & A thing like this also.
