old s7-300 cpu(no mmc) password

is it possible to get the old type s7-300 cpu download password?

I know we can get password from the mmc card, but the old cpu(6es73152af03...) don't use mmc card, and when flash or ram card is not used, the programm code is stored inside the cpu, is there a possible way to get the download password?
