I have an Omron C1000H CPU in fault for "memory error". I first re-seated the memory module (C2000-MR34-V2) and re-loaded the program. I cycled PLC power, and the CPU immediately faulted again with "memory error". I then replaced the memory module with a new one, again loaded the program. Still no change. I then replaced the entire CPU module to no avail.

I'm stumped at this point, and need some advice on where to go from here.

Thanks!
