Omron CP1L PLC: How to get current PV of timer and counter?

Does anyone knows how to get the current PV of the timers and counters for Omron CP1L PLC?
That would be great if can have some examples.

MOV T0 D0 Moves current value of Timer 0 to Data Memory DM0

MOV C11 W14 Moves current value of Counter 11 to to W14
