There have 2 different value in configuration output 2 on Omron CP1W-DA041 manual which one the correct?

Most recent manual W462-E1-08 shows the same information as your OM1_DA041 screen shot.

Your value of 'C' should be correct for 4-20mA range for the output.

1100 Binary = 'C' Hex.

Are you using the First Cycle Flag A200.11 to initiate the MOV instruction?

Is the Destination channel of the MOV instruction correct?

Is the Source of the MOV instruction have a # prefix?

Just a few of the things I have seen.
