Omron MC04 CPU Backup Procedure

I want to take backup from Omron MC04 CPU.
I connected CPU online with "Work Online/Offline" option & succeed.
But bit confused about available options to take backup from CPU to PC.

How to Upload Program from PLC to Laptop using "CX-Motion Pro"?

Which option I need to select for backup program from CPU to PC/Laptop, "Transffer to Devicec
Or
"Transffer from Device"?
