OMRON NC113 Module to HIWIN Servo Driver

Good day,


I am having a problem with outputting pulse to the HIWIN servo driver using the OMRON NC113 module.

The NC113 module is already outputting a pulse but the HIWIN servo driver wont recognize it. I am already sure about the settings on both the NC113 and HIWIN servo driver.

Here is my wiring.

I9 and I10 ports are described on the manual as:

and the manual gave this wiring when using pulse command through host controller (single end) which is A6 and A8 on NC113:

I think a Selector Switch are require on I1.

Why is a selector switch is required on I1? If I turned it off, the motor will not be steady on a certain position.

Oh, you also have a manual.

I rewired the Axis Enable input and connected it to my PLC Output so I can trigger it. But nothing changes, HIWIN driver wont still receive pulses.


Any other observations?

I;ve got 3.7mA reading on HIWIN Pin 2 and I9.
