OMRON PLC "CP1L" Help Needed

well I want to introduce 50millisecond delay in the attached program. can any one help me regarding my program and also the general delay in the CP1L.
plz gi through attached file " Test1" and "Test2"

Have you looked in the Programming Manual?

Timers are explained rather well.

Manual number is W451.

You should be able to download it from any of the Omron
support websites.
