Open collector encoder to Trio differential line driver input

I need to immediately build a circuit, to use an Omron Open collector single-ended encoder to Trio differential line driver input.

The encoder will take anything from 5-24V supply; and has A,B,Z
The Trio MC206 needs 5V differential/RS422 input: A, A/, B, B/, Z, Z/

Anybody dummied up something similar? I've not time to buy, just to build.

Have you tried tying the NOT inputs to the P/S common?

Yes, the inputs seems to want 5 to 0V pulse centred around 2.5V.
I'm trying: pullup A to 5V through a resistor;
Set A/ to 2.5 V with a divider.
Still soldering...
