output reactor in place of input reactor ?

No, input reactors have a different output phase angle.

I would always err on the side of caution, but just anecdotally I have seen the same reactors specified by vendors for both input and output reactors. Even in AB ProposalWorks, I've had it specify two of the same reactors for PowerFlex drives.
