Panelview+ 1250 touch screen trouble

hi,

I have installed some new PV+ 1250 lastweek and I have some problem with the touch screen. If I want to press on a designed button with my finger it does not work, but if I use only my "nail" or something smaller than my finger it works.

I did a calibration.
I have the same problem with more than one panelview running almost the same application on different production line.

Did you use your finger to calibrate it, or something with a small point?

I used a pencil.

Sorry for the delay but it's not better. I have some hold RAC6182 from AB and they dont have this problem.

Hmm. A guy I work with noticed a difference in operation between calibrating with a finger and a stylist. I thought it might have been something similar.
