Panelview Plus over radios

Can anyone think of a way to get a Panelview Plus to work over radios when the network is setup as DF1 half duplex instead of full duplex. Is there a converter out there that will convert FD (Panelview side) to HD (Radio side)? Or maybe something that will convert HD to ethernet or DH485?
