PLC-5 scale commands?

No you are not missing anything.

SCL and SCP was added to the SLC instruction set to make up for the "missing" onboard scaling on the analog input/output cards.
But especially SCP is useful in many other situations than just analog i/o scaling.

You have to adapt a CPT formula yourself.
