How to send data from HYPERTERMINAL and receive it on PLc and vice versa????
How the DM memory area is to be set????????
i want send 10 from hyperterminal and receive it on CPM2A output LEDs.......

Hyperterminal sends ascii text via a RS 232 line. I would get a copy of the CPM2A users manual from Omron. Look under the communication section. Look up how to use the RxD (235) instruction. when you set the DM area the first entry on that instruction specifies where to store the dat to the DM you specify. The second value specifies the length of the data. To send via hyperterminal I beleive you will need to use Vt100 ascii.
