It looks like that you have a Wilco Leak tester. Do you have any problems with the machine or the PLC?

I want to upload the program and transfer to Siemens

After you upload the program for the SAIA, you cannot just download it to a Siemens. It is a different command structure.

you can download the software at www.sbc-support.ch. It is the PG5 1.4 software for your PCD.
