Powerflex 755 with 20-HIM-A3

Need some help trying to set the IP address in a Powerflex 755 with a 20-HIM-A3 installed. Drive has an embedded Ethernet card from the factory installed in port 13. I haven’t been able to access port 13 from the HIM to change ip or the subnet numbers for network. I have done it from a 20-HIM-A6 but don’t have one available to use at the moment. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Welcome to the forum
If you have the standard edition of connected component workbench (CCW), you should be able to set the ip address info.
ip explorer pro might also do the same thing

We received a HIM-A6 and was able to access the cards to set parameters through the file button on bottom of HIM. I guess now my gears have begun turning and I am wanting to figure out if it is possible to access port 13 through the HIM-A3.

It’s not possible the A3 was designed for the PF70,700 range of drives, the newer 75x drive have a different structure and the A3 cannot see past the main control board.
