Print-n-Apply Application

We have an application were we need to send randam labels to a print and apply. I am looking for a way to get the information out of the PLC and to the Labeler software. We will have a PC on the system and figure that we can do this using VBA.

Is there another way that anyone has done this, using RS software or a specific Print-n-Apply software, or is there some already written VBA code could be used.
