Problem with datalink in devicenet

I have a problem when I use RSLogix5000 to read value from PowerFlex 700s by datalink.

The returned value is not same with the value on PowerFlex 700s.

Any ideas to solve it?
But I can't understand this returned value. For example when I read "Speed ref 1" = 17, the returned value is 67633152, sometime the returned value is the internal value of PowerFlex 700s, I can't understand this value too.
Can you explain this value? And how to get true value?

internal value in powerFlex700s

hi . I am doing a topic about religion in the industrial discharge roll. with the software I use is. rslogix5000 plc controller of Rockwell Automation company, and inthe subject I use two inverters PowerFlex 700s, 2 encoder for feedback to the controller with encoder resolution is 1024 pulses / rev. Two 3-phase motors, one for the book, onefor exhaust. I see the problem here is that I used to read the pulse inverterpowerFlex700s encoder rslogix5000 then used to read the value from the variable frequency feedback, via datalink. value of the encoder feedback on which plc read fromthe drive is internal validity (internal value) datalink is the 32bit word. shooter could help me convert this internal value of the real value of the encoder. My second question is can you help me about the shooter PIDE function to control stability for two coils and the engine exhaust. I use this theme 2 encoder to calculate the velocity of the second term of the roll shaft and discharge book. synchronized so that the second engine speed.hardware model of the shooter will be sent to the link below. I desperately needed,looking forward to the help of the shooter. Thank very much
