Okay, what interests me is is it possible to see how much of program size after compilation is occupied by functions that were taken from library?
Can I see how much of program size after compilation is taken from library and how much of it comes from what was written in a project?

If I can't see it, can I deduce it somehow?

Just to answer this, this is impossible, like it seemed at first to me. You can measure size of a program chunk, what was actually needed, to get a size of a certain piece of a code in steps/bytes.
