Does anyone know of a good industrial USB flash drive manufacture with a similar temperature rating as a CompatLogix -40…+85 °C (-40…+185 °F)?

-40°C will never happen in the installation location, maybe 0°C every 100 years. I found a few but I haven't had any experience with these manufactures. Consumer USB Flash drives are too unreliable IMO.
