Looks like we're set up same as you but still no luck. Only difference appears to be that you are using a rs232/485 option card wheras we are using the on board rs485 port. Don't think this would make any difference though.
Think we might try to get another screen from the RL sales Rep.

If you have access to a 232 to 485 convertor, use the 232 port. It will accept the Modbus Universal Master settings.
