Regarding simatic S5 PLC

Hi,
I am using a simatic S5 115U PLC, after performing overall reset, the STOP LED and BAS LED is illuminating, and after switching the PLC again from RUN to STOP and again from STOP to RUN the RN LED is illuminating, please let me know whether there is any problem with the PLC or Not.

Please send me the above details immediately.
